Hey Everybody....I'm going to start making Cake Sushi! It's a great alternative to cake for all your get togethers! I'm trying to come up with different types of "rolls" so help me out! Here is one option:

Pecans, caramel, and ganache in chocolate cake, topped with caramel sauce
